MAKING MANGO ICE CREAM WITHOUT EGGS OR AN ICE CREAM MAKER

METHOD:

  • Mix all the various ingredients, but not  the fresh mango bits.
  • Mix all of it together using a hand blender
  • Pour it all into a freezer safe bowl.
  • Freeze for about an hour.
  • After an hour, remove from freezer and blend it in a mixer for 60 secs or so
  • This will make the ice cream very soft and smooth.
  • Repeat this process once more.
  • This time add fresh mango bits(cut the fresh mango into tiny bits)and mix well.
  • Freeze the mixture for 4-6 hours
  • When next removing it from the freezer insert a spoon inside,to check if it’s firm .
  • If not, don’t panic just freeze it again for another hour or so

INGREDIENTS:

  • YOU CAN REPLACE CONDENSED MILK WITH FULL CREAM MILK.
  • IF USING FULL CREAM MILK,BOIL THE MILK AND ALLOW IT TO COOL COMPLETELY.
  • IF IT IS WARM, IT WILL GET CURDLED.
  • REPEAT THE PROCESS OF BLENDING THE MIXTURE FOR 3-4 TIMES ,IF USING MILK.
  • CANNED MANGOES CAN BE REPLACED WITH FRESH ONES IF AVAILABLE
MANGO PULP 2 CUPS
FRESH CREAM 1/2 CUP
CONDENSED MILK 1/2CUP
FRESH MANGO BITS 2 TBLSP
